As a dynamic speaker, coach and talent consultant, Susan Hancock brings over twenty years of innovative business experience in learning, leading change, developing leaders, and transforming workplace culture to drive strategy execution. She is passionate about building healthy high performing organizations and extraordinary leaders. 

 

As the former Sr. Director of Global Talent Management and Organizational Development at ExactTarget and Salesforce, she led a team focused on unleashing the company’s human potential and building a thriving corporate culture. Susan worked at WellPoint as the Director of Workplace Culture, leading WellPoint’s Executive Development function and providing organizational development consulting to enable its growth through M&A into one of the largest health insurers in the United States.

 

Susan has a passion for working with high growth rapidly scaling organizations and helping successful leaders become even more successful.

STACEY MACRI, MANAGER OF TALENT & ORG DEVELOPMENT

Stacey has more than ten years of experience onboarding and developing talent, as well as managing culture change through rapid growth and acquisitions/integrations.

 

Stacey’s passions lie in helping individuals learn, change and grow, reaching their personal career goals and exceeding their business objectives. Her specialties include program management, career development, leadership development, instructional design, training facilitation, employee engagement and marketing/communications.

 

As a senior team member at Salesforce, she was responsible for the design and delivery of large-scale culture events across the globe for new employees and newly acquired companies to ensure culture integration. At ExactTarget, she managed the company’s high potential rotational program for recent college graduates, managing rotational assignments and designing development opportunities to build the next generation of company leaders.
