Leadership Assessment:

A comprehensive Leadership Assessment is an in-depth analysis of personality, values, motivators, career derailers, emotional intelligence and 360 feedback from peers, direct reports and managers. An Individual Development Plan (IDP) will be created as an outcome of the assessment. Assessment packages can be customized to include a variety of areas including conflict style, communication, change and listening skills.
