PROFILOR® – 360° Feedback

The PROFILOR® is a 360° assessment tool that helps leaders examine nine critical factors: Interpersonal Skills, Leadership, Communication, Administrative, Organization Strategy, Organizational Knowledge, Thinking, Motivation and Self-Management. Hogan Suite – Potential, Values, Challenge

  • Potential: This assessment addresses an individual’s strengths and competencies for leadership, based on inherent personality characteristics. It is helpful in predicting behavioral and leadership implications and providing development recommendations.

 

  • Values: This assessment explores the core values and goals that drive a leader’s behavior, aspirations and expectations about life. It is commonly used to determine what motivates someone to succeed, how they will lead, the kind of environment they will create as a leader and the sort of organizational culture in which they will do their best work.

 

  • Challenge: This assessment identifies how leaders are likely to interpret the world and treat subordinates while under stress and pressure. It is helpful in predicting career-derailing behaviors that could interfere with a leader’s ability to build cohesive and high-performing teams.

The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI™)

TKI™ is the world’s best-selling instrument for conflict resolution, identifying a person’s preferred conflict-handling style and providing detailed information about how he/she can effectively use all five styles—competing, collaborating, compromising, avoiding and accommodating—to achieve organizational goals and business objectives.

Influence Style Indicator™

Risk Type Compass™ (RTC)

This assessment explores an individual’s predisposition to risk and their capacity to manage it, using aspects of an individual’s temperament to place them into one of eight risk propensity categories (i.e., Risk Types). An individual’s Risk Type will give an indication of how someone perceives risk, how much uncertainty they can bear and how they will react when unexpected events or outcomes occur.
